Here are some questions I have received, and my responses.

What type of person goes through your process?

I would say that the one common denominator for everyone who has gone through this process is that they have "had it" with the circumstances of their current life and are looking for a way out to that inevitable "something more". Regardless of others' reasons, whatever lead you to me and Instinctive Life is what matters.

What age are the people that go through your process?

I’ve worked with awesome people from the ages of 17 through 63 in Instinctive Life.

What backgrounds do they come from?

All kinds.  I’ve worked with business owners, students, bank employees, consultants, teachers, managers, homemakers, etc.

What if I’m scared to do this?

I would say that’s common, and good for you to acknowledge that.  But consider this: if you’re questioning your life at all right now, those questions will not go away until changes are made. And you'll have me right there beside you (we'll be great friends at this point) to help guide you through those changes.

How will I know what changes to make?

I’d say the first step is getting to know you.  That’s why Instinctive Life is so effective; through research and processing, you get to see yourself and all of your gifs clearly, and then supports you as that knowledge guides you to take appropriate steps.

How can I get more information?

By either perusing the rest of my website, or by scheduling a 45-60 minute “Right Fit” call with me that will outline the process and answer any of your questions.

How long does the process take?

It depends largely on you, but it typically lasts anywhere from 3 to 6 months.

How often do we meet?

We meet once every two weeks, but again this remains flexible in order to fit your needs within the process.

How long are the meetings?

90 minutes. This has proven to be the perfect amount of time to cover the right amount of discovery and information, without being too overwhelming.

Where do we meet?

We meet over the phone. This allows you to feel my interest over the phone, while providing some measure of comfort due to the deep nature of our calls.

How much does Instinctive Life cost?

$2000 for the 3-6 month process

How do I pay?

When we're at that point, I will send you a link to a paypal connection.

Is there a structure to the process?

Yes, there are 6 steps with agendas and activities for each that you will receive upon payment. The Instinctive Life Process was designed over a period of 5 months, using my experiences with clients as a resource.

Am I required to do anything between our meetings?

Yes, there are activities for each step that I will ask you to do before our next meeting, but mostly I require that you are mentally present for our meetings and that you commit to focus on yourself and your life for the duration of the process.

Is there required reading?

I do have a list of recommended books that will aid you in your process, but they are not required.

Is there a kit that I get for the process?

There is.  Once we determine this is a “right fit” for both of us, I will send you a notebook and journal with agendas and activities for all six steps.
